It was quiet and exclusive. The staff is extremely friendly. It was near a bus stop and was great although the walk up to the hotel with a luggage bag can be quite tedious. Rooms are not that new but very clean!

We absolutely loved our stay at Banyan Tree club Hotel! The place is wonderful, our room was beautiful and very comfortable, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. The restaurant food was delicious, and everything felt very well taken care of. We celebrated our 15th anniversary there, and the team truly made it a very special day for us with their professionalism and kindness. I truly recommend this hotel to everyone .. couples, families, or anyone looking for a lovely and memorable stay

Overall the hotel is very nice and clean. Though I left my eyeglasses in the room. I tried calling the hotel but the message is in Korean. I couldn’t get a hold of anyone. So, I lost my prescription sunglasses in their hotel.

Mixed feelings

Quite a few issues with in-room dining because of their insufficient skills in English. Moreover, the housekeeping is sloppy: no evening service even if we compliantly placed the request on the door handle on both night before 5 PM. Other than that very pleasent. Value for money so so.

Concierge staff had terrible attitude!! That was the worst experience ever!!! We requested for baby bunk bed but the staff insisted we had to request this before checking in and they had no inventory whatsoever without checking. this was my fourth check in at this property and there was always a baby bunk bed provided nevertheless we never requested. He had a cranky and arrogant attitude which got me astonished!! Later one of the staffs provided us with adequate equipments but we wished the previous staff could have checked before saying he could never provide. Also the check in out staff didn’t know what was going on. Which took us longer than we should spend at those moments. Room service and house keeping was slow.. and wasnt accurate with their service. Breakfast menu should be updated once in a while. I would give this property one star or less

お部屋にはプールが付いていて眺望も抜群。しかし、歯磨き等のアメニティは付いておらず有料とのことでした。 有料で払えないことはないですが、一泊十数万のお部屋なので付いていないのが不思議です。 部屋の冷蔵庫には殆ど飲み物が入っておらずびっくりしました。コーラ、スプライト等が4本ほど。 おつまみやお菓子なども常備されておらず、お部屋で晩酌出来ませんでした。 館内最上階のBARに行きましたが、なぜかクローズしていて残念な気分になりました。 館内に漂うフレグランス、お部屋のシャンプーも気に入り翌日購入しようとショップに行きましたが、午前11時からのオープンとなっていてチェックアウト後の時間だったのでこちらも購入出来ませんでした。
