「Todo muy bien」

「Wonderful hostess. Lovely cenote, it is slightly busy during the day as the Cenote is shared by 4 establishments. In the morning and evenings it is peaceful. The grounds and the yoga room were serene. No AC was fine in April. Lots of mosquitoes. The bed nets helps but the screened porch doe not keep them out. Keep in mind this is at the end of the hotel zone so it takes 25-45min to get here from the main intersection with the Tulum traffic. Overall if you are looking for glamping experience,...

「Rooms were great. Wonderful view of ocean. Staff was A+ from the second we walked in they helped us with everything. They remembered our names, how we liked our food cooked etc. The location to the things that we like on Tulum Beach was ideal. There is a small convenience store right across the street which made it so convenient to grab snacks and water if needed when the restaurant was closed. Will definitely return. 」

「I loved everything about this place! If you are looking for a legit eco lodge experience, this is the place. It’s just far enough from all the hustle and bustle of Tulum. Nestled in the mangrove jungle, surrounded by exotic fauna and wildlife. The grounds are stunning and well kept and the lodge was stocked with every amenity one could think of. We will definitely return to this hidden paradise. 」

「Staff on beach side are rude, no service. Jungle rooms tin roof animals playing on roof all night, no sleep, open light along the edges of walls, toilet on a huge slant, can barley get into shower and the bed is on a huge pallet, plus the deck outside leading onto the rooms is a toe breaker there are holes and heaving boards everywhere finally 7 am very noisy spot. 」

La propiedad no me brindó el servicio, al llegar firmé el check inn pasamos a la habitación y ahí me dijeron que no me podía quedar esa noche por qué no había luz, me trasladaron con engaños a otro hotel supuestamente por una noche, el otro hotel no contaba con los servicios contratados, y al siguiente día al pedir mi regreso o cambio de espacio, ether hotel se deslindo me dijo que lamentaba no poderme dar el servicio y ya no volvió a responderme. 「La cama súper cómoda, el aire acondicionado y el ventilador espectaculares. Muchas tiendas cerca, el mar cruzando la calle. Ubicación excepcional. El personal y el dueño muy amables. Me permitieron visitar un cenote en otro hotel de su propiedas y salir un poco mas tarde de la habitación. 」
