Great air con, TV with Netflix (our other 2 Tulum beach hotels didn’t have this), great food and the architecture of the hotel is beautiful. Very peaceful and calming. We were also fortunate to see sea turtles nesting. Highly recommend this hotel. The staff make it particularly special."

"The hotel is beautiful, lush and in a great location. The pool could have been cleaner. It was cloudy and needed to be skimmed. Most hotels of this caliber clean their pools every day. This one didn't feel as clean. And then, of course, all the sargassum on the beach made it impossible to use, but that isn't the hotels fault."
