「Do NOT go here!!!! It is closed!!!! They put you at a different resort which is an adult only with loud music and parties…we got lost twice at night because we could not find where we were actually staying..it was called BETU. Mosquitos bit me all night. Could not sleep. When I discovered everything had been misrepresented and asked to leave and get a refund they denied my request but gave someone else a free night. They have a party for local clubbers and give them free waters and drinks but...

「Everything was exceptional. Clean, quiet and friendly! Very tropical almost like staying in a tree house. However it is seaweed season and the ocean was unusable because it was excessive and had an odor. The food was delicious as were the drinks. The area has many high end restaurants with entertainment. 「Sargassum is really bad, beware, but nothing the hotel can do about it. Bathroom walls could use some scrubbing, but it's and industrial/rustic vibe to it. Check in was fairly easy - we didn't do breakfast every morning, but pretty sure we were charged for it, regardless. Breakfast is not on premise - it's at another hotel and has a few options, but you can only pick one, not a breakfast bar or buffet, but a small plate. More like a breakfast snack. You'll definitely need to seek lunch out.」
