「A lovely modern little apartment in a good location for the town. Could use a couple of additions like a kettle and washing machine. Cleaner came every two days which was great. Swimming pool very small and that area doesn’t really get the sun so not ideal for sun bathing. Bit noisy outside during the day but quiet at night.」

「The room, kitchen, pool and gym were all very nice. The property is down an unpaved road with a lot of construction all around. I felt safe walking there but it is about a 15 minute walk to get to bars and restaurants. 」

Both of the ladies that worked the front desk were wonderful in helping us out with several things, such as recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops, and most importantly for us, upon checking out, ordered us a taxi to our next destination and negotiated a set price for us to pay. If you’ve done any research regarding Tulum taxis, then you’ve heard the horror stories. We would definitely consider a return to this hotel for another visit in the future. 」

「 Note I didnt get an upgrade because I had the top grade penthouse accomodation. The entire property is well kept and spotless. The staff work hard and it shows. Raquel the TAJ Experience Curator was superbe and kept in touch everyday to inquire if anything was needed or arrange and make happen an excursion if I wanted one. I was here to rest from a hectic life and job back home. The bed was a sleep magnet and managed to extract all the fatigue from my body. The Taj is a fabulous and unique...

It is located within 40 mins from the Tulum airport and within 15 mins from beaches and Tulum Center. I recommend you try this hotel if you need a place to stay while vacationing in Tulum. 」
