「Very disappointing stay I stayed at Casa Gitano after booking through Expedia. Our room had a serious bug problem with numerous insects inside. The bugs were everywhere on our clothes. The sink in our room was clogged, and staff had to come fix it. Shortly after, the hot water stopped working, and we were left having to use cold water. The pool was extremely dirty with sand and debris floating on the surface, and we were told it would take several days to clean, which they should have taken...

「L’emplacement de cet hotel est parfait, sa proximite de la plage (il est sur la plage) et son decor raffine. Le personnel est tres attentionne. Les serviettes de plage et celles dams le chambres de meme que les draps pourraient etre changes. Ils ne donnent pas la meilleure impression de l’etablissement. 「UMi was a fantastic couples getaway. Even with the beaches in Tulum being hit with heavy sargassum, their staff was consistently raking and removing it so there were no interruptions to our experience. The property was amazing, the Ocean Front Master Suite was perfect. The hotel staff was friendly and always available to make ordering drinks or food easy.
