"Elevators were broke had to walk up to the 4th floor ! Pool was closed ! Paid extra for breakfast at 9:3 when we got down there all the food was gone we waited 20 mins for refill until we just left .. "

"I’ve stayed here twice and both times there was an issue. Both times the issues were kind of out of their control but how the front desk staff handled them was really unacceptable. This last time, there was a power outage so they couldn’t honor reservations when I arrived to try to check in. Ok, no big deal, this stuff happens but they told me they tried to call a couple hours ago but no one answered. Again fine, but I asked why they didn’t leave a voicemail and I was just told it was because they were trying to everyone. It only takes 10-15 second to leave a voicemail and say they are having power issues and have to cancel the reservation and if there are any questions to call back. Simple and basic customer service. Instead of giving me plenty of time to make other arrangements I’m left with my metaphorical pant down. Please, just leave a voice mail next time. Easy. "

"The room wasn’t clean they had to have someone clean it while we waited ,I spent 2 hours in the lobby waiting on a second room and one room had a live bed bug in the room (I have pictures and videos,The women staff behind the desk were rude and disrespectful this made my daughter birthday a horrible one she cried and cried the pool closed at 8p by the time they staff finished up with me in the lobby my daughter only had 45 minutes in the pool and then I was gone let her get in today but they told me since our check out day was today that she couldn’t get in so now she cried 2 days in a row and this was suppose to be a wonderful weekend for her birthday but it was a disaster "

"The elevator had trash and graffiti. I get off on my floor, and there's trash all up and down the entire hallway. Literally. I checked in at evening time, which meant, housekeeping had already clocked out for the day after not doing their job. You could tell that the floor hadn't been touched in days. Just litter everywhere. There was a large bucket of dirty dishes sitting in the hallway across from my room. I went downstairs to complain. If I could upload the video I took, of all the trashiness, I would. Had this not been a last-minute reservation, I would've gone right back downstairs to get a refund and leave. I stayed for two nights, and housekeeping still hadn't cleaned the hallway of that same litter the morning I was due to check out. The room itself was nice, though."
