Staff was nice. Needs a thorough cleaning. Also, guests should be made aware of renovations taking place before they get to the property.

Shower was dirty and looked like black mold. Got stuck for a while in the elevator. Every hallway and stair smells like weed. The third floor hallway was cluttered with construction materials and probably a fire hazard because it would impede exit in an emergency. Staff was unhelpful regarding the concerns and chose to push us to leave early instead.

I look for clean and safe - both criteria were met here. In addition, it was quiet and comfortable. It is obviously an old building and could definitely stand updating. The "continental breakfast" is a joke. I don't pay 5-star prices so it wasn't a 5-star facility. But, the staff was friendly and it met all my needs. I would stay there again.

Had to use a plunger for toilet having to do the maintenence job that as a customer should never have to do. Would like either a full refund or half off this stay. That is very unexceptabke as me bring the customer having to do an employees job.

Great price, even for the vending machines, and the room we got was perfect for our 2-day visit. Everything was clean and cozy! I see why people lease out those rooms. Just what was needed, and I will definitely book here again whenever another trip like this takes place. The only surprise hiccup that happened was the batteries in our remote leaked but the TV was still able to be used. No one's fault, it just happened while using the remote itself. And we just let the staff know so they could fix it easily. They were very nice and helpful! I'd absolutely recommend staying here; worth it!

What pressure wasn't good at all, this isn't the first time I've encountered this issue either. The cleanliness of the room has improved.
