"Parking was nice and easy, hotel was very nice and clean. Staff were extremely polite & efficient. The only thing that bothered me, tremendously, was the loud elevator door. It sounded as if two pans were being rubbed and scrapped together every time the door opened and closed lol other than that everything was great! lol "

"It is a fine property with a decent breakfast, however there is NO daily cleaning of your room. Everything else, especially the airport shuttle, makes it a good place to stay short term. Having to get towels or supplies for the room makes it less acceptable. "

"The biggest complaint is that the elevators were broken. We didn't get notified of this issue until the day of our check-in. However, I verified on past reviews that the elevators have been broken for 10+ days and reamined so throughout or 4 days there. Also, the pool was closed, despite the communicated maintenance not starting for another 3 weeks. Room was fairly clean, but they forgot to restock coffee cups. Plus linens and towels had small permanent stains. The entire site felt like it hadn't been well maintained in a few decades."

"Juice machine out of order. Could not contact hotel for shuttle from the airport. Men's restroom out of TP. No attempt to apologize that we had to spend $30 for an Uber from the Airport to the Hotel. We won't be back."

"My room was right in front of the ICE machine and it was so loud all night I got no sleep . "

"When I got there, my room had no toilet paper and no remote control for the TV. Luckily, the front desk person was helpful. I was there for 4 nights. The heat was spotty (sometimes it worked but most of the time it didn't). I woke up freezing two of the mornings."

"While checking out, I returned my remote control from the front desk I had to borrow because there was not one in the room. Told the front desk we had to shower without a shower curtian since the room did not have one and he did not flinch or make a comment. I told him it was time for us to leave anyways and he just started walking away. I asked him if he needed anything else from me and he just said no. That was the most he said. I asked where breakfast was and he pointed to a coffee machine that had a big spill, 4 granola bars that were the same flavor and one flavor of yogurt. I told him the guy last night mentioned bread foods and he just said the truck hasnt showed up. Obviously we had to go out to eat which made us a little late for our medical appointment. The next week i noticed we did not get our incidental back and had to call another location to get through where she had to have it refunded to me since they forgot to return it. First time I have ever had this problem. I do not llan to go back to an Extended Stay Ever."
