「Near to perfect place for stay, from facilities, to staff, to location. Spacious, comfy, good sound proof, with everything you need for short or long stay. Will definitely come back if there's a chance. Above expectation provisions include free capsule coffee in lobby, Netflix, and WhatsApp contact with reception which made communication much easier and convenient. Only complaint is the weak water pressures in shower and lack of pillow options. The pillows are bulk and too high for us.」

「Our first post lockdown trip within the country. We accidentally booked the accessible room. Staff was very helpful and changed to another normal room for our 4 night stay. 「We loved staying at Eleven Stafford in the West End. Taking the tram from EDI was easy (even with many bags) and we found the location to be perfect for walking anywhere in Edinburgh. We had heavy bags because our daughter is moving here from the US and it was quite an exercise getting them up to the top floor so would probably request a lower level room next time. All in all, this was a perfect perch to explore Edinburgh!」
