「Manager was very helpful in directing us to dinner and making sure we had a taxi for an early flight. I thought we would have a shuttle to the airport but instead we had the taxi that was very expensive. Not sure what happened here, but the manager/owner was very nice」

「We loved the Cosy House. The owner Vincent welcomed us when we arrived and very helpful. The place is nice as the pictures shown the site. The rooms were clean and well maintained and appropriately equipped. There is a small kitchen you can use, free coffee and Vincent leaves you a few treats each day. The location is great as it's close many dining options and is a short 10min walk to the Santa Maria Cathedral. We will definitely stay here again.」

「The hotel is located at a hillside, which is quite difficult to find a way. However, the staff are really nice and informative. They showed my the best way to visit the florence by car. The hotel is also lovely and the garden is full of fruit and flowers. Everybody are welcome to relax in the garden. I am gald to be there and enjoy my holiday at there.」

「離車站不遠，到景點方便，就在中央市場旁，出門就是皮件市場。非常大方的B&B民宿，房內備品,Mini Bar等齊全。網路上原設訂至少需住兩晚，但我們只是順道遊覽佛羅倫斯而住了一晚，老闆依然接受並很負責的與我們保持連繫，以便讓晚到的我們順利入住。除了水管阻塞，我們必需自行清理完才能洗澡外，沒什麼大礙」

「Bel endroit , air climatisé de la chambre très fonctionnel , service rapide au besoin sur les heures d’ouverture pour enjeu avec le cadre de sécurité à votre chambre. La chambre était nettoyée à chaque jour mais aucun gros nettoyage (ex : salle de bain / plancher). Bon déjeuner avec aliments très frais, 20Euro par adulte mais gratuit pour notre enfant de 3 ans. Mini frigo inclu à la chambre avec eau remplie à chaque jour très pratique. Proximité à pied de plusieurs restaurants et lieux...

「非常好的体验。位于佛罗伦萨近郊的村庄山上，空气非常好。虽然感觉距离市区有些远，但是坐公交车也只是十几分钟，有公交车直达火车站，所以也非常方便。客房只有六个，我们订了四个，其实就是一个小别墅，有庭院，可以在庭院里享受早餐和下午茶，休闲住宿是个非常好的地方。尤其是店老板是一家三口，非常热心，在出租车没有约到的情况下愿意开车送我们去机场，让我们非常感动。」
