Great hotel in a great location. Very central and nearby all major attractions. Staff was very friendly and helped with anything we needed. They even upgraded us to a suite since they had the room (we visited in the off-season). Would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Florence!

The location is simply perfect — we honestly cannot imagine a better place to stay while exploring Florence. The hotel is very safe and spotlessly clean. The entire team was incredibly helpful, friendly, and solution-oriented, making us feel completely at home. Everything was extremely comfortable and thoughtfully arranged, and we truly felt that every detail had been taken care of.
