My wife and I loved our stayed! Excelent location, 10min walking distance from the train station, a block away from Piazza del Duomo. 4 rooms in the same floor, which is the 3rd. If you bring luggage use the elevator, before check in you will be given the code for this, and it’s a different door then that main stairway one. Loved it!

This is a self service hotel. There is no staff. We saw a receptionist on check in and never again. If you come late you need to call a number for entry information. The room was clean and it is a good location to the central historic district. Breakfast is at a coffee across the street. Good food and a friendly staff.

property was nice and nicely located. staff are not responsive to texts messages- sometimes over an hour or two to respond to emails. pre-registration can be confusing and "glitchy" overall not a bad place to stay

The location is excellent. Not much help from staff when checking in on off times. The cleaning guy was very helpful. He didn't speak a word of English but helped us as much as he could. Overall, I would stay here again because of location. Not the cleanest of the boutique hotels that I have stayed in but not bad at all.
