Lovely design, very clean b&b

The place is about 15 mins walk from the train station. We reached half and hour early and called Leonado to see if it’s possible to check in earlier. He’s totally fine with it and it’s easy to do with his clear instructions. We love the design of the place (also the garden of course), they provided snacks which is welcoming. Breakfast is lovely and the lady we met in the morning is very helpful and friendly. The only thing is we felt the room is a bit too warm for us even the air conditioning is on.

The single room is in the attic upstairs, small but clean and sufficient. The bathroom is private for the guest, located just outside the room, and is clean and spacious. The staff is very friendly. The location is a bit far from the city center, but not excessively. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay with our teenage girls in the family room. They loved the stairway up into their beds. Breakfast was lovely.

The best part about the B&B was Joan! She was very pleasant and available. My room had 2 long doors with windows with a nice view of the outdoors, however there are mosquitos. The room & bathroom were small (normal for Europe) but nice. Location close to the Arno was a plus.

Personalen var väldigt tillmötesgående och tydlig i sin kommunikation. Då vi skulle avresa innan frukost fick vi en förpackad frukost att ta med på resan. Rummet var rymligt och mycket fräscht. Skönt med av och bekväm säng. Rekommenderar till alla att bo här, staden ligger bara en kort promenad bort vilket också var smidigt.

Very friendly hosts, breakfast was delicious! We loved looking out at the garden and we had a little terrace off our room, but it was just so hot when we were there we didn’t really get to enjoy it. We found the air conditioning in our room had a hard time keeping up, so they gave us a fan and that helped a lot. Bed was comfortable and there were always snacks in the main area. An important note, there are a lot of stairs, so if you need a handicapped accessible property this is not it, but it was very charming.

Was such a nice and refreshing stay on our final night in Italy. We were tired and hot. We arrived to a super friendly check in and a cool/relaxing room. The garden put the back was really relaxing and the breakfast was well done. It made a nice change from the usual hotel stays. I'd definitely return here.

I really enjoyed this bed and breakfast, where you could have the breakfast in the garden. Felt more like a real b&b than a hotel or air bnb for example, which was nice. The breakfastcould have been a little nicer for the price. Location was good, 20 minutes from train station by foot
