The hotel is very authentic and very much a boutique hotel that feels very true to the city. Getting in and out was very easy; there was always someone at the reception 24/7. I would definitely recommend staying here rather than a fancier hotel if you’re looking for a more unique experience in Cartagena. Thank you Alfiz for making my Cartagena trip even better! 」

Everything in the room was in good working condition. Very nice pool and patio area. Staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. Full and varied breakfast was included in the price. Really a top notch experience overall.」
