"Sorry, but this property has seen better days. Staff was mostly annoyed with guests and service showed the lack of care and attention. Pool area was packed elbow to elbow in the lounge chair configuration, not pleasant! Two of the restaurants were superb, Orla and Libertine Social."

"Overall we had a good time. Our only complaint is that our room was not cleaned for the 3 nights we were there. The trash cans were full and we had to use shopping bags to throw our trash."

"Great location. Unfortunately the cigarette smoke odour in the casino area is so bad that we had to wear a face mask when visiting the casino areas at any time of day or night. Las Vegas really needs to remove smoking from indoor areas. Its absolutely disgusting."

"Overall, the stay and the upgrade view of the tower and fountains was impressive. Walkability and travel to other locations was convenient and nice. Struggled with the Saturday night club music heard in the room, and the wobbly elevators at the Versailles tower were a little unnerving. "

"Overall good stay. Clean property. Within 15 minutes walking distance to the strip. We had the 2 bedroom villa which had kitchen facilities for quick morning breakfast, washing machine and dryer for laundry needs. Only issue was the shower didn’t had enough water power for my long hair washing…and there was an issue with toilet not flushing properly so we had to call them twice and yet it didn’t resolve the problem. "
