Very nice, comfortable place to stay. Our only issues were Google Maps unable to take us to the exact location of the lobby and check-in; and having to park about a block away.

Smoking in casino are filters up to the hotel rooms. The whole place reeks of cigarette smoke. Limited dining on site is McDonalds, Subway, Fridays, Dunkin Donuts and a steak place called, The Angry Butcher. The rooms lacked a microwave, coffee pot and a better choice of TV viewing. On the whole, I would never go back to Sam's Town and would highly recommend others to avoid it!

Check in was pretty smooth, forgot my purse at my husband’s car which has my debit and credit cards, but I was able to check in using Apple ID. The suite actually is pretty decent except this VERY LOUD vent that constantly bothers my sleep. I thought at first it can be turned off but it won’t. Next is the Hotel Cart, honestly I didn’t expect that they would be the one to do everything and I don’t feel comfortable because I didn’t have cash with me to tip the Valet driver and as he was leaving I told him “I’m sorry I don’t have any cash with me” I feel bad. But then he responded with “No one asked for cash when they’re in Vegas” I honestly couldn’t comprehend what he said, I’m not sure if he is being rude or not, but overall I just feel uneasy because I wasn't able to give him a tip. We just booked this room to celebrate our son’s birthday

The room was very nice. Looks like it had been recently remodeled. We only stayed here one night, but will definitely consider it again the next time through. Dining options were good.
