I booked two rooms with you guys under my name and said I had 3 adults and 2 kids with our party. I put my dads name dad as guest two but i still paid for all of the rooms and on my end from Expedia it was all under me. My dad got sick Friday and was unable to come which we understood we wouldn’t get the refund but thought we would still get the second room so we could spread out at bit and it would be easier to do baths and showers. They wouldn’t allow me to check into the room even though it was on my card and the entire booking was in my name. So my dad had to call golden nugget and Expedia to get that sorted out - that got taken care of we went to get the second room and they said no it’s still in his name sorry (mind you when i checked in I got email confirmations for both rooms which I showed them and they could see I paid for both) Anyway they called me 15 mins later and said I could come get the room. It wasn’t even in the same tower. So my question to Expedia is why would I book two rooms for my family and get here and have them be across property from each other? It showed us that booked rooms with a 3rd party is not the way to go

Air condition was not working and maintenance had to be called. We heard doors slamming all night. Sink caulking was yellow and brown around the drain. Staff was friendly.

Terrible! Hotel room was dingy, coffee maker was not functioning properly. Replacement arrived on morning of checkout but we had to wait 1 1/2 bc housekeeping was not open. I found the whole experience disappointing. No staff at any casino was cheerful. No screaming winners found on Sat or Sun at GN, Aquarius, Edgewater or Riverside. The town looks like its on its last days. Oh and don't bother to go to River Lodge bc you wont find anyone - a total ghost town.

Well the elevator was broken, room was at the opposite side of the hall. The room needs a full length mirror the room needs a full length mirror! And they did not provide late checkout.

Machines actually pay. Cleanest hotel in Laughlin. Hard to beat the consistency of a Golden nugget. Liked it so much booked a room in Vegas at the Nugget, where i write this review.

We spent two nights here. The casino, restaurants, and pool area were really good! We were especially impressed by the cleanliness and accommodating pool area! Very enjoyable afternoon with a view of the river. The casino was well maintained and it did not have that heavy cigarette smoke smell as some of the neighboring casinos did. The Rush Lounge was large and perfect for watching a game on TV or just having cocktails. Salt Grass steak house was delicious and the service was excellent! All the servers we encountered at the property were above par. We will stay there again!
