Room was very clean and really nice! We soaked in the jetted tub before heading out for some fun at the slots. However be aware to update your info on passport rewards app before your stay or else you will be chastised regardless of your reasoning.

We were excited as this was our first time in Wendover as well as the Montego Bay. The entrance is very inviting. Perfect spot for a coffee and munchie business. Slots were nice and bright. No smokey odor. But when we went to check in, I don’t think the girl helping us smiled once and never really looked at us. That being said, the second time we approached the front desk to ask a question, the other girl behind the desk was exact in HER reply! No one seemed to care about having or doing a good job.

The employees at the front desk, cashier counter and the cafe have horrible attitudes. The cafe employees just sit at a table in the back talking to each other we stood by the register to pay for 10 minutes and we were the only ones there. Then all the signs say check out at 11 but house keeping started knocking on our door at 10 and we had the DND sign up. This use to be the nicest hotel in Wendover but it’s gone down hill sadly definitely not worth the price.
