"The ice cooler tongs were dirty and should’ve had two bottles of water and one was opened and used. Otherwise the stay was fabulous staff were helpful and quick check in"

"It was a great jetted tub room. However, it really needs to be refreshed, like new wallpaper & the tub is not sealed properly. The carpets need to be replaced & the couch needs to be cleaned. The bedside tables didn’t work nor did the usb outlets. It’s really been used up for quite some time. The lay out was great & it had a pretty good kitchen. A full sized fridge would have been WAY better. The cabinets are essentially useless unless you have a lot of food to store up there? The jetted tub was great except i found a tick in the jetted tub on my 2nd night, no idea how it got there. The night & day staff were AMAZING!!! The key cards needed to get up the elevator was a tad strange but anyone can get into the hotel floors via: the stairs (my doordash guy got right up to my room). Seemed sorta pointless in retrospect. Laundry was great to have there as we needed it. Overall it was great. I would return again."

"Everything was perfect. Clean, updated,close to amenities, reasonable rates, great staff. However, the restaurant was closed as it was transitioning to a new owner. Our room was equipped with a kitchenette so that was not an inconvenience for us but some might find it so."

"Perfect hotel to stay in if you are going to an event at the TD coliseum!"

"Stay was good value. Check in and out were easy. Staff were very helpful. Location is super convenient and close to lots of things to do. The pillows in our room were mediocre and the AC unit was a bit loud. Didn’t ask for these things to be fixed so not entirely the hotels fault. Overall our experience was good."
