Customer service was good, very pleasant.
The rooms itself are very dated, feels like walking into the 80's.
Our room had the remnants of when smoking was allowed indoors.
Since we were only staying one night and it was more of the price point than the luxury of why we booked, I did not complain, but if I had known this beforehand, i would not have booked here.
The smoke smell was very distracting and when i woke up in the morning i could still smell it. not like the kind of smell you get used to and forget about until you leave and come back.
Breakfast was fine, basic, but once again with the price point, not going to complain about it.
You're getting what you paid for. it's a decent hotel, and sheets and towels were clean.
