「Great airport shuttle(we got hot chocolate chip cookies!). Our room had been updated and was quite modern, also very quiet and comfortable bed and pillows. Walked a couple of blocks over to eat at Montana's steakhouse. They do have free cooked breakfast. Only complaint was the carpet in our room was shabby looking but clean.」

「My recent stay at the Monte Carlo Inns Airport Suite in the Napoleon Suite was nothing short of exceptional. The suite was well-appointed with a jacuzzi bathtub, which was the perfect remedy after a long day of travel. 「Didn’t stay at Fairfield but got transferred to Crowne Plaza which wasn’t a bad experience. Good service there」

「The hotel was fantastic. The check in staff( only staff I saw) was phenomenal! My only issue was I had young people next-door partying half the night and no security to get them to be quiet.」

「Room is average. However, I was disappointed with their shuttle bus service. They asked me to request the shuttle bus after I arrived at the airport which should arrive in 15 mins. I did accordingly. However, the bus did not come. I called 3 times to confirm their bus was coming to pick up but ended up with me waiting for the bus for 45 mins in the cold winds. Finally, I took a taxi. Terrible. 」

「It was perfect for the price! Simple rooms nothing fancy, didnt feel like some other motels where the place looks like its going to fall apart, and the beds dont look like they are form the 80s. Would stay there again」
