The team was incredible. There was an issue with our room and they were quick to find a solution. They also provided two beverage vouchers to use at Isabelle for the inconvenience. Every detail in the rooms was appreciated - including the comfortable bed, pillows, sheets and duvet.

Our experience at this hotel was overall pleasant. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very professional, which made check-in quick and easy. The restaurant offered exceptional food and excellent drinks, and the amenities were clean and provided a calm atmosphere. However, the HVAC system in our room was quite loud during the night, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. In summary, it's a great spot for dining and relaxing in amenities, though the sleeping experience may vary depending on room conditions.

Outstanding housekeeping personnel. We just went put for dinner (roughly 30/40min) after a quick power nap and when we returned the room was good as new. Thanks Angie. Overall, nice surroundings, really good room, very comfy king size bed. We would have prefered a buffet for breakfast but the Isabelle serves an extraordinary mushroom benedict.
