If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this is not your place!!! We booked 2 rooms at this hotel for 11 night due to a death in the family. While we were there a few hockey teams checked in (ages 10-16). They constantly ran up and down the hallways screaming. The parents were drinking and talking very loud in the hallways. We talked to the front desk and they moved us promising no hockey teams or family’s were on the 5th or 6th floor. We were moved to the 6th floor and hockey family’s were all around us. The next night it was so bad the cops were called (not by us). They had security walking the halls, but the running and yelling continued. We talked to the staff the following day and they told us a lot of damage was done that night as we noticed frames ripped off the walls of the elevator. We also received a letter under our door telling us they were turning the water off from 11am to 4pm. Forcing us to leave the hotel as we couldn’t even use the bathroom. This was not an enjoyable experience. I would expect this from a lower end hotel. We spent the extra money booking at the sandman as we were dealing with the loss to our family and expecting a more respectful establishment/crowd. As I said if I knew our stay would have been like that, I would have saved some money and booked at a lower end hotel.

The hotel was alright but we had no water for part of the day. We arrived late on a flight and it was frustrating to rush and get ready in the morning before they shut off the water. It looked like there was leak being repaired

I stay here frequently for work. I ended up with an update for $20 a night with a kitchen and living area which was lovely. Room very clean. New shower faucet was really confusing to use and you couldn’t actually see on there where the hot and cold was. Also no vanity kits. Was desperate for a shower cap and nail file. Check in was good. Friendly front desk. He asked for my Credit card. I said do you need my ID? He said oh yes thanks for reminding me. The next day my key wouldn’t work and he re set it without asking for my ID. I said don’t you want to see my ID?? This is the reason for my 4 star rating. I really like it here but does that mean anyone could randomly get a card re programmed? Something small but safety as a woman alone is priority.

Booked this hotel from rading previous reviews as Ive never heard of this hotel chain. Check in was a little slow as they had only 1 person doing checkins while a manager was walking around and 6 people waiting to check in. Besides that the stay was amazing. Very clean, up to date room. Front desk staff very welcoming anytime you went in and out of the hotel as well as staff when you met them in the hallways. Loved having Walmart and other restaurants in the area. Super safe area to be in Will def stay here again when I'm Canada

All of the staff at this location were wonderful! Ethan checked us in and was so sweet to upgrade our room for us to a suite - my daughter loved it! The bed was super comfortable. We ate at Moxies and the food was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again when in town!
