「Rooms are spacious and clean with full amenities and fixture. The balcony allows us to take in the views and fresh air. The staffs are responsive and helpful from booking to check in with our request and questions. We are very pleased with our stay.」

「The staff is excellent and it has a big pool, which is great. But the air quality is poor. All the floors smell of mold and mildew. I had to move rooms due to visible black mold but the next one also smelled of mold. I started coughing that first night and haven’t stopped. The fan helped a bit but is very old and very rattly and loud so I had to shut it off to sleep. The place is peeling and stained. It needs a significant refresh.」

「Building is old but has been updated at some time. Very basic hotel ( also inexpensive) but very clean rooms and common areas. Staff were very polite. Breakfast was typical complimentary style with enough choice. Lots of fresh apples and bananas as well. There was ample parking.」

「La habitación medianamente limpia, varias habitaciones con perros, al parecer las personas viven permanentemente en el hotel, los corredores, escaleras muy sucias y deteriorado.」

「We were in a room next to the elevators and every time someone used the elevators, it rumbled in our room. Spoke to the staff this morning, and they said had we called down, they would’ve found a different room for us which was nice, but would’ve involved a lot of repacking and unpacking again, plus getting dressed. Next time, I’ll make sure to ask to avoid rooms adjacent to the elevator bank.」

「Our renovated room was spacious, modern and clean. The bathroom was beautiful. Once the mini fridge and microwave are installed it will be perfect. We had the quietest night in a hotel so far!」

「We like this hotel for when we stay in Guelph. Nice size rooms with kitchens and decent breakfast. Only complaint would be the bed was pretty hard this visit and pillows not supportive. Otherwise great.」
