Extra fee at check in. Place is in need of renovations. Elevator out of order. ‘Take and go breakfast’ was interesting and included rotten apple and children’s juice box. Distinct odours present throughout the place. Bed extremely soft. Water drainage issues in bathroom. Place served it’s purpose but would not stay again.

This place is gross, DO NOT stay here. Read all the other review and you can tell this place is terrible. I am surprised that there is a place like this in Burlington. I did not read any reviews before I booked this place as I thought it would be ok being that it is located in Burlington, Ontario. But man was I wrong. I stayed 1 night and got out and booked at another hotel for the rest of my stay. The bathroom had dried up spit and other brown stuff on the walls, there was a used face towel on the curtain rod, the fitted sheet had a couple rips in it. The fridge was dirty and damage all over the walls. I didn't see any bugs but I can see how there might be some around based on the conditions. I understand this is a cheap motel but the standards are very low. I recommend you spend a bit more money and some piece of mind.

The parking was safe and convenient, staff was amazing! Just people in the next room kept going in and out all night letting the door slam shut. Sadly the rest i needed wasn't there.

It is a simple, value based motel. Room and entire facility was clean, staff was friendly, and it met our needs. The "free breakfast" was not the expected continental breakfast bar, but a much more simple boxed breakfast. The first day it consisted of a granola bar, an small apple, and a juice box. The second day there was also a croissant and two jam packets and when I commented on not getting that the 1st day I was told they had run out of croissants. The third day there was also a small orange, but the "juice" box was a juice cocktail and not real juice. The forth day was like the third, but it was real juice again. The last day, there was no orange and no jam. Given we got a room with a fridge, we didn't rely on the breakfast, so it was not a big issue, but don't expect it to be more than a light snack. Again, it met our needs, was clean and inexpensive, and conveniently located to it was perfectly adequate.
