「I am very angry about this stay. When I checked in, the door and windows were left open, and the room smelled damp and moldy. The curtain had what looked like blood stains, and the bedsheet had mold spots. Since it was already late and I had a full workday the next day, I reluctantly decided to stay. When I picked up the plastic “Do Not Disturb” sign, I found oil on it, which was disgusting. The room had almost no sound insulation. I could clearly hear the TV from the next room and footsteps in...

「The room was very clean. The beach view was great! Great service in the restaurant’s. I was given a great drink while waiting for my take out order. Very nice and felt special. The food is exceptional at all of the restaurants. And room service. The only complaint is the bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Especially the pillows. Great stay otherwise!」

「The room cleaning was really disappointing and not up to standard. The hotel offers a daily USD 15 credit per room for restaurant spending, but when we stayed in two rooms and spent USD 30 at Starbucks, it wasn’t deducted at checkout. Since my bill was sent directly to my email, I only realized the mistake after receiving it. Very frustrating experience.」

「One of my better stays in a Marriot, for sure! 3rd floor bay view room was spacious, comfortable, very quiet and offered a nice view to the estuaries across the street. Hotel staff all very kind and professional. Breakfast and coffee were delicious. Some outdoor maintenance needs some improvement. I walked to the parking lot to my car and back a few times and noticed trash items either dropped or blown in from elsewhere. Saw outdoor maintenance blowing leaves and trash and left lots of trash...

「The room wasn’t dirty but the floor was sticky and a little dusty. Also my fan in the room didn’t work so we had to open the window. The traffic noise though is pretty bad! There is a main street right there so I mean they can’t really do anything about it but just in case anyone is a light sleeper. Heard ambulance and motorcycles pass. It’s a good price for a day or 2.」
