「Abrieron el hotel en proceso de construcción y los trabajadores comienzan bien temprano a trabajar lo que entorpece el descanso. No cuentan con elevador. Los cuartos no cuentan con caja de seguridad, lo cual es un problema. El personal parece estar aún bajo entrenamiento y no ofrece la mejor orientación. El desayuno continental fue uno pobre solo ofreciendo pan, jamón, mantequilla y avena, la máquina de café no funcionaba y antes de notar ese detalle hubo que esperar bastante para que buscaran...

「El lugar nos encantó. La localización es excelente y el área nos pareció muy agradable. Todo estaba súper limpio y bien cuidado, lo cual hizo nuestra estadía aún más cómoda. Lo único a mencionar es que hice una consulta por WhatsApp y la respuesta llegó al día siguiente en la noche. Afortunadamente, no se trataba de una emergencia.」

「The location was very ideal for what we were there for the place needs to be uplifted. The furniture outside was old. The pillows were dirty and dated the rooms needed to be updating. The staff was extremely very nice and helpful. They definitely brighten the place up. Relaxing around the pool area was extremely nice. Just need to update their furniture.」

「It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed 」

「This place was rather scary. The clerk was behind glass! No elevator and very narrow stairs! The bolt lock on our door was broken. There were no amenities of any kind. Very tiny bathroom with small shower. No soap or shampoo available, the shower had containers for them, but they were empty! We did walk across the street to find a small bar with food, but we did not venture out in the evening in this neighborhood. The next day we discovered that one street over was a much busier street with...

「Overall, you get what you pay for. Saw a sewer roach in our kitchen suite. Place is located in a great area in Santurce. Night life is good but finding parking is difficult. Got a hidden $25 fee after Expedia claimed to have all expenses covered so be weary. Showers are very crammed and have a lot of water spill out. I’d say 3/5 rating. Recommended for those who want to save money on a trip, don’t expect the best.」
