"Great location. At the beginning of downtown. Clean rooms. Staff very friendly."
"Pleasant stay, clean property."
"Clean room"
"The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The decor is very comfortable and homey. The breakfast sandwich we had at the on-site restaurant was the best I've ever had."
"Am I disappointed no. Would I stay again? No. Pros: Downtown easy to walk everywhere. Clawfoot tub. I stayed in Cocoon. Bathroom window opens to outdoor patio that is closed for service. Made for a nice hot bath in the morning with no annoying people cluttered around outside your door/window yacking. The special egg breakfast - two poached eggs, on greek yogurt with chili oil and dill leaf and some homemade bread? Chef needs a raise because the rest of the place does not match that quality of that dish Cons: Downtown - noisy mornings. Leaf blowers trash trucks etc. Outside patios in disrepair/cleaniliness all around Tv non functional. Honestly its an old B&B this is not a hotel. They should allocate some funds to hanging a nice tv that works in the room instead throwing one up on an old armoire. Tragic. Interior can smell like an old folks home. Old wood. Old people idk. This place is for the quiet older set seeking solace and some story about history. Ethan - nice fella but he needs to bone up on suggestions for F&B etc.. when questioned he really had nothing. Then he reached for a magnum of cheap white wine which i quickly decided I'd try the sparkling because that was like the bottom of some cheap magnum. . For this kind of spend I would invest in some good bottles of local wines for your guests. Not whatever they are pushing. They can do better. No parking. I easily parked three blocks away but ya know..."
"Bar is great but closes too early!!"
"Everything about our stay here was amazing! We stayed for an anniversary trip we took exploring towns on the coast and lucked out with finding this gem. I saw that all the reviews were very positive and thought the price would outlandish but it’s super reasonable for the area. The ambiance is so cool! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The food is amazing. The location is good. There was plenty of parking on-site. We have literally no complaints. Staying here was one of the highlights of our trip. Book it if you’re visiting! You won’t be disappointed."
"Good area"
"Clean room. Easy checkin and checkout. Free parking. Right off the highway. Near downtown."
