「Superior place to stay!! Our room was upgraded, the staff turned down our bed and left chocolate each night. Great restaurants on site and rooftop bar. Friendly staff! Walking distance to so many restaurants, coffee shops and retail stores! Great location!!」

「Avenue Inn is an incredible deal. While the exterior is not impressive, the rooms are clean and well appointed. For the low prices they charge, Avenue offers a great deal. And I particularly love the fact that they don't try to make it up through hidden charges. For example, at the front desk they offer $1 cans of Coke and other beverages as long as you pay cash.
