Staff have poor hospitality skills. They were not rude, but they expressed no gratitude nor welcoming spirit. Property was fine. When I checked in the clerk spent the entire interaction on the phone. I don’t know the conversation because it was neither English nor Spanish. I am not clear from the experience the clerk even spoke English. Maybe an attempt at interaction in any language would have been better. When I checked out the next morning, the clerk on duty (a different person) said nothing to me as I returned the room key card. Go someplace else if you want any kind of service. You won’t get it here.
