Minisink Battleground Park Tours

First night I had a leak in my room. I left around 7pm returned around 11pm and it appeared that the leak happened the whole time I was gone. I went to notify the front desk but no one was there. Maybe 30mins later the receptionist whom worked the night of 8/24 came in late. After telling her my issue she then told me to wait in the seating area then tried downgrade me from a king room to a double bed while insisting that it was an upgrade. After the leak stopped I asked for housekeeping and no one came so I had to put a bunch of towels down to clean the water. I then asked for a manager and no manager was on site nor were they scheduled to even come in. Then when housekeeping came she notified me that there was no note or report mentioning the leak in the room. The lack of communication and accommodation is very unacceptable.

Rooms are small! There was paint peeling off bathroom door. We took out breakfast up to our room and it wasn’t removed by cleaning staff. The only thing they did was change out the towels. One of the elevators broke and we had to wait 20 minutes when we went down to the gym for the elevator to arrive. There isn’t stairs down there so we were trapped until the elevator finally came. Not worth the money. Only good thing it was close to everything.
