Waterfalls right outside the hotel were awesome to see and hear. Lovely lounge area with games for the whole family. On site dining was good. Includes pass to another facility with lakeside access and pool. Parking is a little challenging at times.

The ambiance of the property and hotel is lovely. We were a bit put off at arriving an 1 1/2 early and being told without even asking what our names were or what room that it was not ready. We would have preferred them saying they don’t allow early access or charges us a pro rated amount for the room. The restaurant is very good and our waiter was wonderful. Outside of the initial interaction with the front desk, the time was wonderful

Great place!!! Very clean, modern and spacy. We could enjoy beautiful river and frozen water fall view from our room. Every staff member was super friendly. Only thing we didn't like was that the water pressure of shower was pretty weak. But over all, it was exellent hotel to stay. We must come back in summer time!!

Unique!

A very unique hotel!! The waterfall was frozen and just beautiful! The room was very small, but that was our choice. The service was excellent! Nice having the restaurant and bar under the same roof.
