2/10 Terrible

"Room had brown ceiling tiles, they were supposed to be white. Secondly, the shower pipe to the shower head was pointing to the wall, even angling the shower head didn’t help. Lastly was the lack of breakfast. There was to be a provided breakfast, but the only thing working was the waffle maker. There was supposed to be egg and cheese omelette, sausage patties and hash browns. I found them in the fridge, but there was no way to heat them up. Microwave was unplugged and on opposite side of the room. Juice machine didn’t work, coffee machine didn’t work either."

"We stayed for one night traveling from Maine to Virginia. The hotel was conveniently located off US 84. The place was clean, well maintained. The room was well equipped. The bathroom was exrtra large and had safety bars for travelers who are physically impaired. The staff was accommodating and friendly. The breakfaast was good and had a variety of foods for those with different food preferences. We plan to stay there again later this summer on our way to a family event in Southeast PA. Our only complaint is the driveway to the hotel, which is full of deep potholes Fix the driveway and it would be perfect."

"I liked the welcoming, friendly, and helpful staff at check-in. The facility had three elevators, making it easy to get around, plus a large two-section arcade that the kids enjoyed and plenty of outdoor seating for guests to relax. The hotel has an on-site restaurant, but it was closed, and I wasn't sure if it ever opened during our stay, so we ate outside the resort. The water park was smaller than expected. There was no wave pool—just a small pool, a few tube slides, and attractions geared more toward younger children than teenagers. The water park staff were very nice. Guests receive a towel card to exchange for a towel and must return it to avoid a $25 replacement fee.They close attraction 1 hour. Our biggest issue was the room. We initially checked into a Junior Suite with a king bed and sofa bed, but it had a strong odor and we found a roach. After I notified the front desk, the staff quickly moved us to another room. In the second room, we had to call the front desk because the sofa bed had dirty linens. They sent the housekeeping manager to inspect it, and she arranged for someone to clean and replace the linens. The room was cleaner afterward, though it still had a slight odor, and was acceptable for our overnight stay. Would I return? No. The kids had fun, and it was a nice one-night getaway, but they felt it was just okay overall. While we enjoyed parts of the experience, the room issues and small water park would make me think twice about booking another stay."

"The room was BEAUTIFUL. It was 2 walls of windows overlooking the Catskills, it was perfect. The bed was comfortable and the pool was lovely. The room could have been cleaned better - there were wrappers on the floor and a lot of dust/hair in the bathroom. There also is not a continental breakfast and the cafe downstairs is very minimal on what they offer."

"The hotel needs a complete remodeling. For $300+ a night, I was expecting a nice modern hotel. Our door didn’t even stay closed. The toilet was so old. The beds were old and squeaky. The pool closed at 5pm. The shops weren’t open late. The parking was horrible. A lot could be upgraded. Our room was clean though."
