"I meant to review this months ago, but time got away from me. The Tin Brook was absolutely perfect for our Mother's Day trip to the Catskills--and we weren't even supposed to be there, because it was actually closed. We had our pick of rooms and chose the top of the house, which was more than enough space for the three of us. "Stay away. Room was not as described. It is the basement of a private home. You can hear the occupants breathing in the room above. The accommodations are cramped and the room has mold and mildew. It rained during our stay and the floor started to get wet, explaining the source of the bad odor in the room. Expedia should remove this listing."
