Very pleasant stay.

21 minutes ago on Google It's a family owned and operated hotel. Norman was kind, communicative and thorough. Keyless entry made checking in super easy. We had a business suite, which is basically a studio apartment. Kitchen , bathroom, bed/living space was clean and neat having a really nice modern clean aesthetic. There was even a candle left for us to enjoy. Overall was a very pleasant stay! Very grateful.

The room is great. It’s clean, comfortable and everything was in working order. Netflix was a bonus. The pictures and the instructions on how to get in were clear and concise. The challenge is the location. It’s not a great neighborhood and there is a lot of noise late at night. It was fine for my purposes, but I am not sure that I would send my wife there alone.

We stayed two nights at this property, it is not a hotel at all, it is rooms for stay. The location is not in a great part of Middletown and looks nothing like the outside photo that is in the listing, and I was not comfortable leaving the property by myself. The first night we returned back, the front door to the building was wide open, we were scared to enter the building, and someone was parked in our designated space. I immediately contacted Expedia and they were not able to reach Norman. He did reach out the next day of our stay and said “All tenants always close the door and lock it” which was clearly not the case, and that “there are cameras on the property for safety.” The room itself was very clean. The bedding and pillows were soft, small amount of toiletries in the bathroom, and the kitchen was stocked with utensils/dishes, bottle opener, ironing board/iron and a small amount of towels (2). There were no bathrobes as stated in the listing. I had to reach out multiple times to ask where the light switch was for the lights above/next to the bed. The ones above worked, the ones next to the bed did not, and my husband had to move the bed to find the switch behind the headboard. The “tenant” above us was very noisy even though there are quiet hours listed in the check in email. They were pacing the floors until 3am both Saturday & Sunday night. Spend the extra money for a hotel, the $179 property fee is exorbitant and the “restaurant/bar” is under the rooms.

Advertised as a hotel. More like a rooming house, or air bnb - arrived late, no one on property to speak to. Never received a door code - the police officer who helped me locate the property - as once again, nothing about this place said HOTEL - can attest to this. He stayed with me while I went through my email. Nothing. He then brought me to a Holiday Inn a few miles away where they fortunately had an available room. Tried canceling, tried Expedia - no refund. Never again

El hotel Si me gustó. Pero estoy muy molesto con el pecio que me cobró Expedia (U$280/ noche), cuando en otros portales, paginas webs o aplicaciones cobraban por ese dia U$139 / noche en ese mismo hotel. Favor evaluar esto, porque por necesidad tuve que pagar este valor, y me siento muy perjudicado.
