"If you're booking a special room through a third-party platform, be sure! Definitely call the hotel staff.Since I was traveling with my baby, I booked a large bed accessible room a month in advance. We got there a bit late that night and the front desk didn't tell us anything and just assigned us a regular room. Because the smoke alarm went off that night, everyone had to go outside and wait. When it was over, I asked about my room type and whether I could get a different room the next day. Unfortunately, the room type information wasn't shown on the order, so I couldn't show it to the front desk staff. The girl told me I only booked a standard room and couldn't switch rooms for me.Later that night, I contacted the platform customer service again to confirm my room type, and they also helped me call the front desk to ask.It's just that the girl said even if we book a disability-accessible room, we might still get a regular room, and regular room guests might get a disability-accessible room. That doesn't sit well with me - what's the point of booking my specific room type in advance then? Is the management that chaotic?Luckily, another front desk lady was working the next day and explained to me that they can't see the room types on third-party platforms, so you definitely need to book through their official website.Finally they helped me get a wheelchair-accessible double bed and added a small bed so we could make a bunk bed.I'm so grateful for their help and effort"

"We had a quiet stay in our great room. Confortable bed, clean fridge and microwave. Shower could use a better showerhead with more pressure and some hooks in the wall to hang towels to dry. But we appreciate our stay overall and felt secure."
