「This is our third time staying here. The first time, the new owners had just bought it and explained that they were trying to fix it up from the old owners and apologized for the condition (cleanliness, tv’s not working, etc). With that in mind we stayed again last fall for a night and there were actually some slight improvements from the first time. Sadly, that was not the case this time. 「Perfectly located near the tri-state border, this was a great place to stay while exploring the Delaware River Gap and visiting nearby restaurants and breweries. Owners were helpful and the room was comfortable and well-maintained. Would stay again in the area.」

「We stayed in room 213. The room could use a refresh. Chipped wood in the bathroom. The mattress was so old that you sunk into the mattress and couldn't move. The staff were helpful and attentive. The DJ was terrific and fun.」
