There was a heat wave and the air conditioning was working well and allowed us a good night's sleep. The room was attractive and comfortable, the surrounding property was pleasant with a bit of wild life (rabbit, bird house)Parking was convenient.

The grounds are kept neat and clean. Parking is convenient next to each unit with a paved road. The style appears to be 70's with modernizations to the rooms such as bathroom fixtures and flooring.

It is an interesting motel: it has a dozen or so cabins, some with one room per cabin and some with two. I got a cabin that was shared with another guest, it was very quiet at night except for the ticking of a cheap wall clock but I took the battery out and all was good. It is nice that you can open windows and air out the room. Hotel is very easy to find. Not many food choices nearby and driving on the local road to get it after dark you are constantly blinded by the oncoming traffic.

Clean, but in need of maintenance. We were also unaware that most of the cottages were two rooms connected to eachother so be mindful of that. Our hairdryer didnt work, bed was rickety, and the night table/shelves were put in the wall with one screw so dont put heavy water bottles on them. We were unable to spend a full night due to a family emergency and were unable to be refunded for the two nights we reserved so be aware you will not get your money back should anything happen.

Amazing stay for 2 nights. Quaint little cottage type rooms well maintained and very comfortable. (Only suggestion would be at least one sitting chair slightly higher for older folks.) Nice area to visit and explore as well. Was probably the best away from home stay I have had in many years. Would HIGHLY recommend if need a place in the PA or North NJ area look into it.
