「This hotel as advertised as having a pool and hot tub. I booked especially for that reason. There is NO POOL or Hot tub at this hotel. They informed me they have a suite with a jacuzzi tub」

「I booked two rooms for my family and the experience was extremely disappointing. We checked in around 4 PM, left for a few hours to take the kids to a birthday party, came back around 8 PM, and by 10 PM we were already checking out. Both rooms were clearly not cleaned properly. The room they gave us was cold and took three hours to get warm, the towels looked like someone wiped the floor with them. I always bring a blanket and towels when I go out of town, thank goodness for that. 」
