「No one was ever available at the desk. They don’t answer the phone when you call the number left at the desk. When asking for clean linen, they gave me dirty linen. Breakfast started an hour late. Key card shuts off at anytime, that’s a bigger problem when no one is at the desk to help you and not answering the phone. Rooms not ready. 「I rarely leave negative reviews, but this hotel was so disgusting that I feel obligated to warn other travelers. From the moment we walked through the front doors, I was horrified. Additionally, we stayed there for 5 days and nobody went to clean our room in all that time, and we asked for towels, toilet paper, etc, staff never had and they always answer rude.
