「pool water was almost cloudy so we didn't get in and they didnt sell toothpaste which i feel is an amenity hotels should offer in their convenience store, other than that, beautiful views, peaceful and friendly staff 」

「We really enjoyed our stay at The Emily Hotel. We had a great room at a great price. The check in was quick and easy, we valeted our car which was worth every penny for the convenience. Coffee every morning and a cocktail every evening at the hotel were very nice. The area around the hotel is a whirlwind of fantastic dining and nightlife options. If you're looking for upscale fun for the weekend, you'll love The Emily Hotel in Chicago!」

「The staff are very enthusiastic, and both the bar and the restaurant are quite good. However, the sound insulation of the windows is very poor, so the sound of the subway outside is very clear. Additionally, the noise from the heating in the room is also quite loud. 」

「I loved everything about the property! The staff amazing, the rooms were clean, it’s so close to a lot of restaurants and attractions. My only complaint would be the valet staff they're not so friendly and very unorganized.」

「房間乾淨，king size大床很舒適，下樓就有McDonald's、Starbucks、711、Walgreens、各式cafe/餐廳等等… 位於市中心，鄰近地鐵和巴士站，走路去Willis Tower、Millenium Park、Art Institute、坐River Cruise、搭巴士去Shedd Aquarium/The Field Museum都很方便。服務一般般，前台staffs沒笑容，愛理不理的感覺，叫人來調空調溫度，兩個小時都沒出現，打第二次才來。」
