Don’t book through Expedia, I had to leave my vacation early because I had to rush my travel companion to the ER as they were struggling to breathe. Great hotel, just don’t book through Expedia. You will have problems.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Chicago Downtown River North
Room was airless and noisy. Neighbors very noisy late. But really it was very stuffy and no blankets and one bad pillow for the sofa bed. Though they arrived quickly once I called. Coffee maker did not work. The room gave off no comfort.

The Wade
Had to change rooms because the floor in the bathroom has sticky stuff all over it, plus hair in the shower. The elevator sounds like a rocket ship, so no matter what room you have, you can hear it going up or down. Other than that, it has great views!
