「I was on the 9th floor during my stay. The view was amazing, and the room was clean and comfortable. The wonky downside is that they don’t offer room service, and there’s no complimentary breakfast. The rooftop was fun, and the staff were all friendly and polite. I’d definitely stay here again! 」

「The room was awesome! The neighborhood was awesome but the real champs were the staff! Demetrius took extra special care of us for our special evening and it made it incredible! We will absolutely be back anytime we’re in the city and if you want a clean, enjoyable, tentative stay this is the place to go to! 」

「Very clean and sanitary, the room is so small that there is no place to put many things. The bathroom lacks a hair dryer, so girls can't dry their hair quickly after washing it.」

「I had a great experience at Ivy Boutique Hotel on a previous visit, but this time was a complete letdown. The heating was broken in freezing 0-degree Chicago weather, making the room unbearably cold. To make matters worse, there was no liner between the sheets, which felt unhygienic and uncomfortable. It’s clear that the quality has decreased significantly, and the attention to detail is lacking. For the price, I expected much better. Won’t be returning.」

「Wow! My 1st time at this hotel! I stay in Chicago often but I have never experienced a hotel like this. Everyone working there were happy. They always were friendly & would say good morning. Even getting on an elevator; the staff was sweet. The breakfast was delicious & so many options. The hotel was SO clean. I was not expecting what was in my room. There was a stove, a dishwasher, immaculate bathroom, the bed was so comfortable & they had buttons by the bed to make the blinds go down. I loved...
