「Our room was all one open room, not like the picture that shows a kitchenette. Everything was clean and updated, but the area was bad and a sketchy people hanging around. There was a person above us stomping and slamming things around, so I didn't sleep at all. Turned out that the manager called police and paramedics because they were concerned about their mental health. They did not offer us a discount for the inconvenience and lack of sleep either. Not worth $277/ night, but at least it was...

「The Property was beautiful! When we walked in, the first utterance out of our mouths was "Wow!" Street parking was easy. The room "The Chalet" that we stayed in was spacious with many amenities and was spotless. The bed was very comfortable as well! And being on the third story, we got our stair steps in for our trip! Haha.」

「They rent the rooms for hours at a time too and there is all night long traffic at the bottom rooms with the whirlpools so if you are traveling with family find a different place. I don’t agree with Expedia not mentioning this to guests」

「Shower in 714 drains a little slow, but not a deal breaker. One of the 2 phones in the room didn’t work, but again not a deal breaker. I believe it was because it wasn’t charged. The staff was amazing to work with! The restaurant/bar had great food! The breakfast was very good. Just disappointed with the people who took 4-5 bananas or apples a piece. No fault of the hotel or their staff. It was just annoying for people to hord food like that. We will definitely stay here again! Location was...
