「Check in was unpleasant, there were only 2 staff members and one staff member was on the phone and the other staff member that assisted me was overwhelmed. He mademe wait, write down my information even though i had a reservation as he had to attend to other customers they were at the concession. 」

「I stayed in this hotel alone while attending the Chicago Marathon. It was a beautiful hotel with a great location. The cleanliness was at the highest level, and the facilities were great, especially the swimming pool on the top floor.
Overall a great experience from start to finish, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chicago.」
