「The staff were wonderful. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and professional. Overall cleanliness was acceptable, but we did notice some missed areas, including old condiment packets, cereal pieces, and crumbs around the couch, near the windows, and inside the pull-out sofa mattress. Our biggest concern was the pull-out sofa. We booked a two-bedroom suite expecting it to comfortably accommodate two additional guests, but the mattress was worn, extremely springy, and broken....
