My only peeves were that there was only one water fountain in the entire building which was broken and when I let the front desk person know they responded with "go buy water"... The elevators took a very long time and was always packed, to the point that we walked up 10 flights of stairs and it was faster. However, the location was amazing and the hotel was clean and service was direct. "

"Needs improvement on property. Missing elevator pad. Our room chair looked like from garage sale (Torn). Lights by bed 1 worked for light but could not plug in phone or devices to charge. Other lamp didn't work at all. Rug on our floor to elevator had tape holding rug down. Should have some kind of map of hotel. Not what I expected for a Sheraton."
