「I’m not really sure where to start. Upon arriving at the hotel and parking, the elevator was out of service. At check-in they forgot to give us our complementary drink tickets that you get for being a member. Walking to our room we saw that all the fountains were off. 「The property itself has charm, but a few issues really impacted our stay. Most notably, we found two roaches in our room and they were German cockroaches, not the "palmetto bugs" staff tried to attribute to recent palm tree trimming nearby. 「From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was truly above and beyond. The staff made us feel welcome and went out of their way to ensure we had an incredible stay.(see picture) The resort is absolutely beautiful, with spotless, well-maintained rooms and excellent amenities.
