"We had a nice time staying here, easy to Uber to Beale street. The hotel staff were great. Great service at the bar/restaurant. The valet parking was very easy and we could see our vehicle from the lobby. The old elevator was really cool, however; we did get stuck for a brief moment as the doors did not open (just one time) . Across from the event center so that was very convenient since we were there for work."

"They Had bread and bagels but no toaster. There were no good options for cereal for adults. Eggs and sausage were available if that is what you prefer. They did have skim milk which many hotels don’t have. The carpet in our room did not appear to be clean. Hotel in good condition. We did not like the sink and mirror not being inside the bathroom. Staff not very friendly. "

"Air stop working I was there for a week every day was a problem with the air. They weren’t cleaning the rooms every day only if u asked "

"Did not use the gym across the street. Air conditioning was great. Parking is across the street but plenty of it. The staff is super friendly. But somebody had to do something about the maintenance. Lot of things falling apart"

"The room was dated but clean. The carpet could use a good scrub or replacing but overall it was clean. Breakfast was good with a variety of choices. "

"Facility was decent, most of staff were pretty bad. One front desk attendant was great and nice, and one other staff member who might have been the hotel manager (not sure) was also pleasant. The staff in the breakfast area was incredibly rude, and other front desk and general staff were not great. Despite the hotel itself being decent, I'm not sure I'd come back."
